Ingredients

    Ground venison, lean, 16 oz.
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Lipton Classic Dry Onion Soup & Base Mix, 80.5 grams (about 1 cup dry mix)
    Canned tomatoes, 2 cups
    Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cups chopped or sliced
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Yellow Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced



Directions

Brown venison with onion & celery. Chop and add all other ingredients along with prepared dry onion soup mix. Simmer ingredients together for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours until vegetables are tender. No other seasonings are needed with this recipe if you use the Lipton Classic Dry Onion Soup & Base Mix. This recipe will make about 16 cups of soup and will feed 16 people.
