Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large apple
    1 serving applesauce,cinnamon
    4 oz. tropicana lite'n healthy orange juice
    1 cup fiber one cereal
    2 slices reduced-calorie wheat bread
    0.5 cup quaker whole grain oatmeal
    1.5 tsp unpacked brown sugar
    5 tsp nutrasweet equal
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Cut the apple into thin slices. Cook the apple with the orange juice in a pan, add brown suger and some cinnamon and stir well.Cook until the apple is tender.Cut into smaller pieces.
Preheat the oven to 325*F, grease a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the cooked apple pieces onto the baking pan.
In a food processor, combine together bread, oats, fiber one cereal and equal sweeter.
In a big bowl, combine the dry mixture with olive oil and another half of the applesauce, to produce crumbs.
Pour another half serving of apple sauce onto the apple and place the crumbs on top.Sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
Bake for 25 to 30min and enjoy.
