Introduction

This is basically an open and dump recipe! I get a lot of requests for it, though...and it's delicious. It makes a large quantity which is perfect for those football parties or for freezing.
You can adjust the heat of the spiciness by adding Tobasco or getting the hot chili beans or the hot Rotel Tomatoes, or the Hot Chili seasoning pkg.

    2 Tbsp garlic minced
    96% fat free ground beef
1 pkg McCormick's Chili Seasoning, 33% less sodium
1 can (15 oz) Bush's Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, dark red, Kroger brand, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, light red, Kroger brand, drained and rinsed
2 can (16 oz each) chili beans, Bush's (do not drain and rinse)
1 can (16 oz) cannellini beans, Bush's (white kidney beans), drained and rinsed
1 can (8 oz) Delmonte summer crips corn
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, mild
1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's petite diced tomatoes with mild green chiles
1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's petite diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Using a large stock pot, add onion, garlic and grond beef. Cook until browned, stirring to crumble the ground beef. Once browned, add the seasoning pkg and stir well; then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes to bring out the flavors of the chili seasoning pkg. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. You can also put this in your crockpot and let it cook on low all day long.

May add garnishes like cheese, sour cream, chives, etc but these are not calculated in the nutritional information.
