Ingredients

    Foster Farms Chicken breast Fliet no skin or bone (4)
    Onions chopped 2/3
    Bell Pepper Green 2/3
    Diced Tomatoes 1/3 cup
    Spinach raw 3 cups
    Non Dairy Cheese Slice 1
    Mrs Dash Garlic and herb
    Mrs Dash Chicken and herb
    Mrs Dash orignial
    Cumin Spice

Directions

Cut chicken into cubes put aside. Cut up onions and bellpepper place in pan with spary olive oil pam spray. Let bell pepper and onions cook together for about one minute than add 1/2 of 1/3 cup of diced tomatos. Let cook for about one minute than add chicken and use all the spices and mix together. Cover and let chicken cook for about seven minutes, than add spinach and spices again with rest of tomatoes. Mix everything together and cover and cook on low for about ten minutes. Continue cooking until the chicken is cook than add cheese and mix again and cover for one minute. The meal is done.
