Ingredients

2 cups 1/2" whole grain bread cubes
(i used Oroweat whole grain whole wheat bread-3 slices)
3/4 c. finely chopped apple (fuji)
1/8. c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1. Rice Dream Vanilla (adds 10 more calories per serving than calculated info)
1/6c. agave nectar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly oil (3) 6oz remekins (oven safe dishes) and set aside.
2. In med. bowl combine bread cubes, apple pieces, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt until well mixed. Using a wooden spoon, stir in almond mild and agave nectar. Allow mixture to stand for 10 min.
3. Split mixture into prepared dishes and bake until golden brown (15-20 min.)
4. Broil for a couple of min if you want to caramelize the tops.
