Ingredients

    4 oz Ground Sirloin
    2 C V8 Juice
    2 C Beef Broth
    1 Large Bay Leaf
    1/2 C ea Onion, Celery & Carrots
    1 C Diced Potato
    1C mixed frozed Veggies
    1 C raw chopped cabbage (or any other veggie; I use what's in season)


Directions

In a large kettle saute ground meat just until pink has turned gray. Then put remained of ingrediants in kettle and boil until veggies are done. Serves 4
