Ingredients

    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup
    * Brown Sugar, .6666 cup, packed (2/3 cup)
    * Granulated Sugar, .3333 cup (1/3 cup)
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (1 TBspoon)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Baking Soda, .25 tsp (1/4 tsp)
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (1/4 tsp)
    * Butter, salted, .5 cup (1/2 cup)
    * Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked,.5 cup, (1/2 cup)
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, .3333 cup (1/3 cup)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large

Directions

First mix dry, add COMBINED moist items. Mix until just moistened, spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
