Introduction

This is what I eat when I don't have enough time. You can variate it by adding rice or pasta, not adding an ingredient (sometimes I don't have the tuna with it), or just adding any other veggie you want! Ingredients

    Half a cup of lettuce, shredded
    Half a tomato (medium size)
    1 spear of asparagus (5" long)
    Half cup of chopped carrots
    1/4 cup of tuna

Directions

Just chop everything, add olive oil, and I add garlic powder instead of salt. Mix it and enjoy it!
