My mother used to make this in the summer for us and it was such a treat. Try Appian Way pizza sauce if you can find it and use lots and lots of oregano. So much added flavor and no added calories. A sprinkle of garlic salt also adds an extra WOW to the flavor - 1/19/09

    Very Good
I make these when I get the pizza craving. They don't completely satisfy my pizza craving but they are still really good. - 1/20/09

    Incredible!
We make this a lot for the kids, and it is a staple in our household. It's a great way to use up veggies or leftovers, too. For ex.: pasta meat sauce from night before becomes meat topped muffin pizzas for lunch the next day. I lightly toast the muffins before topping, so they don't get soggy. - 1/18/09
