Introduction
This is very good and low in calories, but high in flavor. I fixed this for myself and husband today but my step-son and hubby wanted something to eat so I gave it to them and made more for myself later. They loved it infact my son told his Dad that it was really good. This is very good and low in calories, but high in flavor.
