Introduction

I was reading online about a Philippine recipe for pork chops. This is my modification of it. It was a huge hit with both the husband & the step child. And its pretty reasonable on the calorie side -- Enjoy! I was reading online about a Philippine recipe for pork chops. This is my modification of it. I have marinated ribs similar to this recipe for years. I use garlic powder and the longer they are marinated the tastier they are. Excellent on grill as well. - 2/2/11

Can you make this in the crock pot? - 1/21/09

You could adapt it to use in a slow cooker. I don't know about using thin chops though. Perhaps regular cut chops would be good - or even a pork roast. I would also maybe add some pineapple juice for a little more liquid in the slow cooker. But sounds yummy - what a great idea!!

Wow!! That sounds awesome!! I've got to try it with the vinegar, bay leaf & blk pepper. That sounds like a terrific combination to add in. I'll bet it is good. Thank you for sharing that. :)
