Ingredients

    4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes chopped
    2 Jalapenos Peppers diced
    1/3 cup cilantro or ~ 5 T. Cilantro chopped
    1/4 cup Red onion
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 Cloves Garlic chopped
    1/4 teas salt and pepper


Directions

Dice or chop all vegetables and mix well in a large bowl. Store in Refrigerator for 7 - 10 days.

Makes 2 generous cups.

Additions: Add 4 more Plum tomatoes to make a mild Pico de Gallo.
