Ingredients

Healthy Choice Low Fat Smoked Sausage, 16 oz (cubed or sliced)
Onions, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
Garlic, 2 tsp minced
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
Potato (red), 8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (cubed cooks faster)
Green Beans (snap), 2 cup (canned cooks faster)
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz),
Directions

1. Begin by warming the olive oil on medium to medium high heat in a 5 qt pot. Once warmed, add onion and garlic.
2. Once onion begins to soften add the cubed potatoes and 1tbsp of pepper. Allow potatoes to cook for at least 5 minutes so they'll brown a bit.
3. Then add green beans and beef broth. Place lid on pot and allow to cook for approximately 15-20 minutes until potatoes and green beans are cooked through.
