Ingredients

    1 oz tortilla chips, broken into bite-sized pieces
    2 cups shredded iceburg lettuce
    1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 cup chili beans
    0.5 cup salsa
    0.5 cup sliced jalapenos
    4 jumbo black olives
    0.25 grated cheddar cheese
    0.25 cup sour cream, reduced fat

Directions

Heat chili beans until hot.
Place half of each ingredient on 2 plates, layering as desired: usually: chips, lettuce, chili beans cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!
