Ingredients

1 tbsp. Rice Protein Powder
.5 cup Oats, whole
.0625 cup Oat Bran
1 tbsp. Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 cup, puffed millet
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter, smooth style,
.0625 cup *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, flakes
.15 tsp ground ciinnamon
.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl, if not moist enough add applesauce until mixture can be formed.
Put the mixture in an 8 x 8 pan that has been sprayed with canolla oil, pat down with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Cut into 7 or 8 pieces, wrap each in plastic wrap, put them into a zip-lock bag, freeze for future use.
