Ingredients

    olive oil,flour,chili powder,chicken bouillion,tortillas,chicken breast

Directions

Boil chicken breast for 30min, cool down and shred. In a separate pan add 1/3 C olive oil to 3 Tbsp of flour and cook over medium heat on stove until it starts to turn a golden color, Remove from heat and add 2 Tbsp of chilli powder, 1 Tbsp of Chicken bouillion, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 2 C of water, mix all ingredients over medium heat on stove constantly mixing until it starts to thicken up, then remove from heat.
Warm tortillas in microwave for 2 minutes or until soft, roll shredded chicken into tortillas. spread enchilada sauce over rolled chicken tortillas and bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees.
