Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 3 halves
    Jar of Roasted Red Peppers drained cut in slices
    Plum Tomatoes about 2 chopped
    4 .5 cup servings of pasta
    1 T of Olive oil to brown chicken
    1/2 cup of Wishbone Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing
    Dried Basil about 1 or 2 tsp (to taste adds color)

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil, add dressing, cut peppers and tomatoes add to dressing and chicken. Simmer 5 mins.

Cook pasta seperately and then combine sprinkle with basil. Serve.

Makes 4 servings (1/2 pasta plus appox 1 cup chicken and veggies.)
