Ingredients

    2 Pork Tenderloin, About 28 oz total
    Paprika, 1.5 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves --minced

Directions

pound pork until uniform thickness is about 1".score meat every 1' so it looks like ribs(do not cut all the way through)
mix the next 7 ingred. rub into pork making sure you get into score marks,cover and let stand in fridge a few hours.preheat grill on high, grill about 10-15 minutes turning every so often. Baste with you fave. bbq sauce BUT BE SURE TO ADD IT TO YOUR CALORIE COUNT FOR THE DAY!!KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH BASTING YOU DO!!!
Remove and let rest...cut along score marks and serve with a baked potatoe and salad.
