Ingredients

    One whole wheat pita
    2 Tbsp low fat Garden Veg Cream Cheese
    1/4 fresh Avocado sliced
    3 thin slices Tomato
    1/4 c Spinach
    1/4 c Cucumber sliced
    1 slice low fat Provolone Cheese cut in half
    salt and pepper if desired

Directions

Cut pita in half, spread one half with cream cheese and other half with avocado. Layer reamining ingredients and put one half pita on top. Add salt and pepper if desired.
