Introduction

A little bit of Elvis, a little bit of GOOD! A little bit of Elvis, a little bit of GOOD!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 Small banana
1 Tbsp. Naturally More Peanut butter
    1 tbsp. Sunflower Seeds

Directions

Take one tortilla and place it on a paper plate or paper towel. Spread 1 tbsp. of Peanut butter on tortilla. Microwave for about 15 seconds until just warm. Slice banana and lay slices all over tortilla, sprinkle sunflower seeds all over tortilla. Roll up and eat! You can eliminate 41 calories by not using sunflower seeds, and sometimes I don't use a WHOLE banana, so this snack could easily be under 200 calories. I buy Naturally More Peanut Butter at walmart. It's got only 7 ingredients, and contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 Fatty acids, flaxseed oil and wheat Germ. My family will NOT eat any other peanut butter but this because they all say "THIS is what Peanut Butter should taste like". It's absolutely the best P.B. made.
