Introduction

This is a modification of a recipe I found in a Lactose Free Cookbook - the yogurt has to have active cultures for LI people. I use all frozen fruit (the banana and the raspberries too). Ingredients

    Soy Milk, 0.5 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz))
    Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed
    Blueberries, froze 0.25
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup, unthawed
    Raspberries, 0.5 cup
    Honey, 0.33 tbsp (1 tsp)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)


Directions

Add soy milk and yogurt to blender then all the other ingredients. Enjoy
