Ingredients

    8 boneless pork chops
    3 large potatoes
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Celery soup
    1 cup lowfat evaporated milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place chops in 9x13 dish. Cube potatoes and place on top of chops. Chop onion and mix with soups, milk and salt and pepper. Pour liquid mixture over potatoes and chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Makes 8 chops with 1 cup of potatoes for each.
