Great for those who can't have soy or dairy! If you don't have cravings for sweets, then you can probably decrease or omit the brown sugar.     1 box Jiffy blueberry muffin mix
    1/3 cu. water (or milk)
    1 tsp. b.sugar in mix
    1 tsp. b.sugar on top of muffins

    (use JIFFY muffin mix, not bisquick, that was a typo)
