Ingredients

    3 lbs. pork picnic roast
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    2/3 C. water
    1/4 C. vinegar
    1/2 C. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lg. chopped onion
    1 chopped green bell pepper

Directions

Cook pork roast with water in crockpot on low overnight. Drain water and shred meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Add to bread to make sandwiches. Makes 14 sandwiches.
