Ingredients

    1.5 pounds cooked shredded chicken breast
    2 cups chopped onion
    2 cups chopped bell peppers
    2 cans FF chicken broth
    1 can great northern beans
    1 can blackeye peas
    1 can cannellini beans
    1 can baby butter beans
    1 jalapeno pepper chopped
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp dried or fresh garlic

Directions

place all ingredients in slow cooker an cook on high 6 hours. May top with shredded cheese and/or crushed tortilla chips (not included in calories for this recipe). I either use canned chicken or cook frozen in my pressure cooker in the broth.
