Introduction
My mom made what she called goulash with ground beef, tomato sauce, macaroni, kidney beans, and Velveeta cheese. It was gooey and rib-sticking. This fake one does it for me. Ingredients

1 package of Bird's Eye Steamfresh Vegetables (asparagus, corn, and carrot mix)
1 can kidney beans
1 can DelMonte Zucchini in tomato sauce
4 oz. Whole Wheat pasta spirals
1/2 cup of dry quick (1 minute) oats
Directions
1) Put kidney beans, zucchini, and 1 cup hot water in a skillet and bring to the boil.
2) Microwave the Vegetable mix for 5 minutes.
3) Pour the pasta into the boiling skillet mixture.
4) Bring it back to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and stir occasionally while cooking for 15 minutes.
5) Add the oatmeal and stir to mix until all moisture is absorbed.
6) Fold in the cooked vegetable mixture.
Divide into 4 equal servings.
