    Sweet Potato (1 cup) Diced
    Ginger Root grated 1tsp
    1tsp Margarine
    0.5 tsp organic cane sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon


Boil sweet potato until soft, tender. drain, add ginger root,sugar, cinnamon and margarine mash and serve.

    Very Good
    I only added milk and ginger to cream up the mash. Kumara (sweet potato) is such a tasty alternative to potato

    I added a little milk. It was pretty good, but I think I prefer it just plain baked. - 5/18/08
