Introduction

Great lowfat dip. Great lowfat dip.

Ingredients

    Reduced Fat Sour Creap (pint)
    1 packet dry onion soup mix (lipton)
    10 oz package chopped spinach
    small can of water chestnuts
    1/2 cup lowfat mayp

Directions

Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water.
Chop waterchestnuts into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together and let chill for 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Serve with veggies/bread (calories do not include added vegetables)
