Ingredients

Flank steak
Kikkoman lite soy sauce
sugar
rice vinegar
garlic, fresh, chopped
water
cornstarch
sesame oil
broccoli
green beans
carrots
pea pods
ginger root
Directions
Marinate sliced flank steak in 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sugar,3 Tbsp rice vinegar and 4 chopped garlic cloves for one hour, refrigerated. Drain off marinade. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and stir fry beef. Remove beef.
Use 8 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup water, 6 Tbsp rice vinegar,3 tsp sugar, and 2 tsp sesame oil, and 5 Tbsp cornstarch to make sauce. Set aside.
Use 1 tsp canola oil in a nonstick pan or wok and stir fry green onions, garlic and ginger. Add broccoli, peas, green beans and carrots and stir fry until crisp tender. Add remaining water and steam the veggies until just slightly soft. Add beef and reserved sauce, cook on low until sauce just thickens. Serve with lo mein noodles.
