Introduction

LIght and tasty shrimp pasta. LIght and tasty shrimp pasta.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb of Medium raw shrimp
    1 lb of turkey sausage
    1 bag of rotini pasta
    2 cup of broccoli
    1 can of cambells cream of onion soup
    1 cup of low fat milk
    2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Makes 5 1-cup servings

Put water on to boil for pasta. Once water is boiling and add pasta. When pasta is almost done at the broccoli and let that cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Cut sausage in 1-inch slices and brown in olive oil. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add onion soup and milk and cook for 5 minutes, cover and set aside.
Drain pasta and broccoli and add meat mixture to the pasta.
Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
