Ingredients

    2 Low fat Boneless Pork chop packs (4 per pack)
    1 - 8oz container of Sour cream ( I prefer Fat Free)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    4-6 Medium potatos (sliced up)
    Salt & Pepper


Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees

Place the pork chops on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.

In a Mixing bowl mix up the cream soup, sour cream and potatos. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour mixture over the pork chops

Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or untill the pork chops are done.

    This made for really juicy porkchops and was really simply to put together! I added garlic and onion powder to the potatoes/soup mix, but thats something else I like about the recipe, you can add whatever you like to it. - 1/25/10

    Very Good
    I thought this was very good. Not fancy gourmet but good comfort food. The long cooking time made my chops very tender however you do have to plan ahead. I also threw in some onion. - 8/31/07
