Ingredients

    4 cups Jonathan apples, peeled, sliced
    4 tbs. Blue Bonnet LIte margarine
    1/2 C packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Peel and slice apples and put in a skillet. Add margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Saute and stir. Cook until tender. Serve warm.

Delicious as a side to eggs, pancakes, etc.
