Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast, boneless/skinless, baked
    1 rib of celery, diced
    2 tbsp fat free mayo
    2 tbsp plain lowfat yogurt
    2 tsp rosemary, 1tsp if fresh
    1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp if fresh
    1 tsp of ground mustard seed
    dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Bake chicken at 400 for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Cool. Dice chicken and celery and combine with remaining ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Makes 2.5 servings. Perfect for 2 sandwiches and a snack on crackers.
