Ingredients

    12 oz. jumbo pasta shells (about 20 shells)
    3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, & squeezed dry
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 10 oz jar Ragu chunky combination pasta sauce
    2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. While pasta cooks, combine cheeses, spinach, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Fill shells with mixture.
Spread 3/4 cup sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place shells in a single layer in dish; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 additional minutes. Yield: 5 servings ( 4 shells per serving).
