    Very Good
I have a recipes a LOT like this. I do not put carrots in. It calls for 3 red potatoes. One time I didn't have the onion soup mix so i just added my own flavors (caraway seed, red pepper, garlic powder) Kind of made a differnt take on it. GREAT recipe and you can eat a LOT. - 2/6/09
