Ingredients
Pork Ribs (babyback ribs), 1 rack,
*Ketchup, Heinz, 8 tbsp
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Water, tap, .25 cup
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped, 2 clove
Chili powder, .5 tsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp

combine all ingredients for sauce in small sauce pan and bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour, add alittle more water if needed.
If baking pre heat oven to 375
If Bar-quing pre heat to medium
If using Crock pot start on high, once heated up turn down to low.
