Ingredients

    1.25 extra lean ground turkey
    1/2 c diced onion
    1/2 c diced green or red pepper
    1 - 8oz. reduced fat crescent rolls
    1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning mix
    2 - 8oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c 2% Mexican cheese

Directions

Preheat over to 375. Brown turkey, onion, and pepper, drain if necessary.
Spray 9X13 pan.
Unroll crescent rolls. Pinch together to make crust. Bake for 6 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, beans, and taco seasoning to mix and veggie mixture. Stir to combine.
Top crust with meat mixture and bake additional 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
