    2-lb lean hamburger
    dried onion
    2 lg. cans crushed tomatoes
    mix in big pan
    add oregano
    salt & pepper to taste

    In separate bowl mix
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    2 lg. eggs
    1 T. parsley
    3/4 C. parm. cheese

    layer 2x
    uncooked noodles
    sauce
    cottage cheese mix
    moz. cheese

    spray bottom of foil and place over lasagna.
    Bake 350 for 1 hr.
