Ingredients

    6 oz package pink salmon
    1/4 cup Mayo
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 Medium egg
    1 cup Bread Crumbs
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients (exept reserve 1/3 cup bread cumbs.
Form into 4-1/2" thick patties.
Roll in reserved bread crumbs
Broil in oven 5 minutes per side
