Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 to 3 large sweet potatoes, cubed
    1/2 bag baby carrots
    3 celery stalks, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 lb stew meat
    1 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (or 2 to 3 cloves fresh minced garlic)
    1 to 2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
    5 to 6 cups water

Directions

The serving size is about 1 cup and it makes about 8-10 servings depending on how many veggies you add and if you are feeding children or adults.

1. Add all ingredients to large cooking pan on stove.
2. Cover and cook on medium to medium-high heat for about 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
3. If water gets too low, you can add some, but otherwise don't remove lid.
4. This can be enjoyed with any healthy whole grain bread or rolls or by itself.
