Introduction

Ingredients

    1 packet of chicken of the sea smoked alaskan pacific salmon
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
    1/2 cup cooked and warm white rice or fettuccine

Directions

In skillet, saute olive oil and garlic. Add lemon juice and saute for one minute longer. Add butter, parsley and oregano. Stir until butter has melted and mixture has thickened slightly. Fold salmon into the mixture and chop the fish into small chunks. Stir the seasoned fish for about 2 minutes. Add to the cooked, fresh rice or fettuccine and its ready to eat! Makes 1 serving.
