I made these this week for breakfast, & OMG!!! These are AMAZING. I am vegan, so I subbed out 3 tbsp + 3/4c hot water for eggs, and plain almond milk for skim milk, which wouldn't change the taste. I had them with the apple pie topping I found on SparkRecipes. TOO good! THANK YOU!!!!! - 12/14/10

  • Very Good
Very, very nice! This has been a gingerbread year for me! I revised a little with Brown Sugar Splenda for the sugars and made my self rising flour with unbleached flour. - 2/22/14

Very Good. Spices are quite strong but I didn't mind. I only used a pinch of ginger though because I'm not a big fan and I liked them quite a bit. I'll probably make them again. - 11/3/11
