Introduction
This recipe is a combination from a friend's easy white bean chili, with the spices and BBQ sauce from Rachel Ray's knock your socks off chili. Rachel adds more diced fresh peppers of all colors, and no salsa. I like the ease of the jarred salsa, and my family isn't wild about peppers. This is an easy, high fiber/protein and low fat/calories dish that can feed an army if you add enough cans of beans! 1.5 cup frozen corn kernels (or 1 can corn)
