    1lb cooked shrimp (tails removed and devained)
    1tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil
    2oz Rotini Pasta
    1 cup frozen Spinach
    1tbsp minced garlic


Cook pasta according to directions on box. Cook shrimp, spinach, butter, and garlic in a pan. When pasta is fully cooked add the pasta to the pan and mix. Serves 2

  • Really good. We increased the spinach and pasta and made it a meal for 4 with fewer calories. A full half pound of shrimp was just too much for us. Great start though. Thanks. - 5/17/10
