Ingredients

    2 6oz cans of Skinless, Boneless Pink Salmon
    2 tbsp chopped chives
    1/4 cup of Egg Beaters
    2 slices of Lite (40 cal a slice) Bread
    Lemon Juice
    Season to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pre heat oven to 350. Ingredients make four patties. Brown in skillet sprayed with PAM. Put in oven for 20 minutes until fully cooked. Yum!
