Ingredients

8 oz cubed chicken breast
1/4 cup dry white beans
1/4 dry wild rice
1 cup diced celery
1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons onion
2 cups chicken or veggies broth
2 slices of bacon
1 1/4 additional cups of water
Directions
Dice all ingredients and mix them in a crock pot. Spice as you wish, I used a bay leaf, fennel, rosemary, sage, sea salt, and pepper. Let cook for about 8 hours on low.
