    1 Avocado with skin removed and pitted
    1 and 1/3 cups of skim milk
    3 Tablespoons of white sugar
    1 Tsp of lime or lemon juice
    1 scoop of vanilla icecream
    5 Ice cubes


Put all ingredients into blender and mix together. Enjoy!

  • i used to drink like that all the time
    but if you remove the vanilla ice cream, Lemon juice, and the white sugar, then replace it with honey, it will b DELICIOUS!
