Quick and easy stovetop dinner with a kick. Quick and easy stovetop dinner with a kick.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 Pkg. Bonelss, skinless chicken thigh filets
    2 Tbsp.. extra virgin olive oil
    1 green bell pepper, sliced or chopped
    1 onion, sliced or chopped
    1 cup of mushrooms, sliced or chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 oz. white wine
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning
    Shredded cheddar cheese (Optional)


In a non-stick skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add onions and peppers.

Cut thigh filets into bite-sized pieces and add to peppers and onions. Season with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle to your taste. ( I sprinkle it around the pan a couple of times for a mild flavor.)

Once chicken begins to brown add mushrooms and garlic. When chicken is cooked through add white wine and let simmer a few more minutes.

Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.

Serve over rice or with flour tortillas.
