    4 Chicken breasts
    1 Bag Broccoli
    1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
    0.5 Cup Mayonnaise
    1 Bag Cheddar Cheese


* Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour.
* Boil the broccoli for 20 minutes.
*Break up the chicken into pieces and place at the bottom of a glass pan.
*Place the cooked broccoli on top of the pieces of chicken.
*Mix one can of chicken soup and ½ cup of mayonnaise together. Stream the mix over the chicken and broccoli.
*Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    This was great and even my picky eater of a son loved it. He even ate the leftovers the next day. I used light mayo and low fat cheese and it was still great! - 4/9/09
