Making for dinner today using low fat cheese and mayo
This was great and even my picky eater of a son loved it. He even ate the leftovers the next day. I used light mayo and low fat cheese and it was still great!
Delightfully surprised...yummy! I substituted low fat mayo and cheese and also used low sodium soup. I found by adding 1/8 cup milk, the base became smoother and easier to pour over the broccoli/chicken. I will definitely make again and will try adding a cup of long-grain rice! Rich in taste!
Super easy to make, I used low fat miracle whip instead of Mayo. I used low-fat cheddar cheese which didn't melt very well and was a little tough but still delicious. The whole family enjoyed it.
